Ls376/480 TT what would you do?

Ls376/480 TT what would you do? In a mid engine kit car with Porsche g50 gearbox, running gems x25. Plenty of room for twin turbos.
Never been over impressed with the 376 hot cam although good power gain over the ls3 at the sacrifice at low down street drivability even with an excellent mapper on board.
Minimal budget and looking for as much gain as possible torque and bhp with the least outlay. It's dynoed at approx 450rwhp on a dynapac dyno but realistic would be pleased with another 100-150 so looking around 600 bhp.
So my question based on the above criteria, any suggestions on the TT types, part numbers, cam change ? Where to buy? Ls376 internal changes required for 600 bhp? Twin single? Etc etc
Or in short what would you do.?
