Securing Front Sway bar... susp loaded?
I have my front BMR 35mm sway loosely installed with the front end up in the air and hanging... tires off. Does it matter if I secure the end links and brackets this way versus the a fully loaded front end at full weight sitting on the tires?
Just wondering if I should sit the car on it's tires, then start securing the end links and brackets... will that matter? It would definitetly change the position of the sway bar but may bind it up.
Thoughts? I tried searching but no specific mentions of this.

Shouldn't matter, the sway bars don't really bind up unless one wheel is compressed more than the other, they control body roll not compression/rebound. I uninstalled my factory bar with the car in the air, and installed a huge hotchkiss 36mm bar the same way, car in the air, wheels off. Just double check the end links after you put weight on the wheels to make sure they are tightened properly.

You can install the sway bars without the susspenion loaded and you won't have any issues. Honestly most people install the sway bars on jack stands in their driveway/garage or it is done in a shop up on a lift.

It's probably not an issue in the front. I may have had problems doing this in the rear though. The swaybar is neutral at normal ride height. I'm not sure but I have faint memories of trying to do it with the rear drooped down and having a tough time fitting the endlinks to the car.
