Default Knock sensor problem

Just completed changing both knock sensors and wiring pigtail on a 2001 ls1. Started the car and (1) it won't idle (2) it seems to have a misfire (3) it backfires on deceleration, and (4) it's now throwing DTC P0101 and P0106 codes. I've double checked all connections, including wiring and hoses.

Before I pull the intake again, does anyone have any suggestions?

One thing that has crossed my mind is that I may have not routed the knock sensor pigtail and it may have caused the intake not to seat properly causing a vacuum leak. Is that a possibility? Is there a specific way to route the pigtail under the intake?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx i advance.
