Default Can this be fixed?

Washing my car this weekend, I noticed some spider webbing in my front bumper. I was wondering if it's something that is just in the paint? Or does the fiberglass do this? Can it be fixed? The car will be going in for a re-paint in a few months..along with a OEM ws6 hood. Also-the flecks you see all over the front of the car are something in/on the paint...it feels rough, but it will not come off..I have buffed it...used body scrub, everything....

Repaint...BIGTIME...

It actually looks like mine did when some pinhead backed into my car right in front of my eyes.. Same pattern of spidering.
I'd be 99% sure that somebody popped your front end...
That kind of spidering doesnt 'just happen'...
Also..when you do get hit like that..it doesnt spider like that right away. It may look all fine and dandy after you look at it and tell the guy that hit you "Oh..it looks ok"..just wait 24 hours..and you'll see darn near exactly what your show in your pic.

Good luck!
