Default Planning for LT1 to LS1 brake swap

Alright, I've been doing some research here on the forum on upgrading from my worn-out LT1 brakes to the LS1 variety. I think I have the fronts pretty well figured out:

- LS1 knuckle/spindle
- LS1 brake lines
- Caliper
- Rotors/pads obviously

What about the rears? Currently my parking brake is worthless and won't hold the car at all, but I've seen a lot of conflicting information on what I need to swap the back brakes:

- Backing plates
- Caliper/rotor/pad
- E-brake cable
- ...????

I've seen people say axles need to be swapper, or brake boosters, and plenty of other things. Anybody who's done this swap that can point me in the right direction?
