Exclamation Quote to paint/install CME??

For those who have CME, how much did you pay to have it painted and installed? (including tips)

I got a quote today from a reputable shop but felt it was a little on the pricey side. $530.96 to paint and install both the valance and tips. Is this high or is it about right?

Body Labor- 5 hrs ($52 hrs)
Paint Labor- 3.2 hrs ($52 hrs)
Paint supplies- 3.2 hrs ($28 hrs)

total: $530.96

I feel that's right on... me doing it as side work I would probably charge in the 300 area and have it be color matched and all quality paint products. that's about right on... go to another shop and get another quote. it will probably be very close to the quote u got...

you cant overpay for QUALITY paint and body work

Agreed.

If the shop you took it to is known for quality work, I'd bite the bullet and drop the $500.
