Default Using nos as a intercooler on turbo charged ls1

I currently run a 376ci lq9 with I Beams and forged pistions with gt55 on 18psi on straight meth I use a sniper kit with 150shot to spool turbo on trans brake I'm thinking of using the nos for the whole run to cool the intake charge even more any one doing a similar thing

Nitrous will defiantly help cool the intake charge even if you use a small amount. Most cases the cooling affect will double the hp shot.

I have a lot of boosted customers using nitrous. Some just use it to get the turbo spooled but most of them are starting to turn down the boost and upping the juice. This creates great power with out saturating the plenum with heat. On blower applications it is also easier on the blower.

That's what I was thinking drop the boost to say 15-16psi and run a 150 shoot to replace the lost power and make I bit extra because of the cooler intake charge the change to straight meth doesn't seem to cool the intake charge as much as I'd hope I run no inter cooler I like the instant power of the nos do u guys reckon I'd be pushing me luck with a 300hp if I get greedy

Yeah I've seen a 75shot make 150+HP on a boosted setup. I'd like to hear from somebody who measured the temp difference though. If I could get away with running a small shot on my turbo setup w/I an inter cooler I'd go that route too.

I do not believe the sniper system will support 300 hp if I remember correctly. How much you can spray will be dependent of the engine build, what type of system you have and your tuning ability.
