s400 turbo question??

anyone with one have to run a turbo oil restrictor?wondering if u would need to or not cant find an answer.i have an s300 also and was told i needed to run one so just wondering about a s400

What I was told from Bullseye (Borg Warner) doesn't need it just use -4 and your good to go.
