Default Smelling oil when stationary, with heater on.

This started showing up more as the weather warmed up a tad. At first I thought it was because I had spilled a bit refilling, but now it's pretty consistent. Any time I am stopped for more than 10-15sec, I can start to smell it--especially with the heater on.

I checked around my valve cover gaskets, and didn't see much seepage at all; just a little bit. Are there any common leak points I should start looking at?

I have a similar issue and I'm pretty certain it's the rear main seal.

Catalytic converters stock? Sometimes catless exhaust smell gets described that way. Smells like heaven to me.

Probably is the rear main seal though. Pretty common on LS motors I think. Usually recommended during any clutch swap.
