Newly infected with the LSx virus Thought I should introduce myself. My vehicle is an 88 S10 with swb, 2wd, 5spd, and 2.5 4cyl. I purchased the truck with a bad trans as a toy and while surfing the net looking for info on the 5spd, I got bitten by the LSx bug. To that end, I'm acquiring a 5.3 take out motor from an 04 1500 Silverado 2wd with PCM, harness, accessories, DBW components, and 4l60e. I'm happy to find a site such as this where I can learn from those who came before me.
