Falcon 285/35 on an 18x10.5 rim with 54 offset?

Falcon 285/35 on an 18x10.5 rim with 54 offset? What do you guys think? Found some nice z06 wheels with 18x10.5 in the back and 17x9.5 up front and I'm going to run 265/40 in the front and WANT to run 285/35 out back... Do you think I will have any rubbing issues with the rear tires?
