torquer v3 and 5.3 2.5 heads tune!
Hey guys excuse my ignorance as I am new to the tuner world. I am about to pull the trigger on the Texas speed package above along with oil pump timming chain ect. Does anyone have a ball park file they could share with this cam and heads along with headers to get me moving? I have hptuners pro and will wrap my head around it but I just need a good base file to tweek on. I don't have enough in the budget after the above purchase for a dyno tune or even a mail order tune and can't say that I would spend the money on it anyway since I own hptuners. I greatly appreciate any help. The car is a 99 m6.
Thanks, Duane

For being a cheaper head cam combo I love it actually! With 4.10's through a M-6 it has killer mid range power!! All my mods are in my signature. What are the rest of your mods?

Got her back together and went with a mail order tune from TSP.
All I can say is WOW! This car is a beast now! Unreal! Only issue is off idle at slow speed. Car surges bad then dies. Working with TSP on getting the tune right. Going to log as soon as I get a wideband and shoot the log back to them for corrections. Anyone thinking of doing this H/C combo, rest assured you won't regret it!
