Default Low oil sensor delete?

Making good progress on finishing up the LT1. One issue that bugs me is the oil level sensor. The new oil pan does not have a place to mount the sensor into the pan. Can I just close the circuit to make the light stay off.

C, what? 220? The 'C' means 'connector', so you have to give the number to identify it. Ground cavity C, brown wire on C220 to turn off the low oil lamp on the dash.

The low oil sensor has nothing to do with the computer.
