delco disc changer help

Default delco disc changer help
okay, i took out my OE monsoon tape deck unit in favor of a junk yard found cd unit one... but my disc changer doesn't work. it only plays the CD in the stereo... do i have to do something special to switch it over to the disc changer??? I removed it for now to drop weight since its not working lol but i'd like to get it to work.

If it came out of a pre-2000 model they don't control the changer.
