New BBM Camaro owner and first time LS1 owner
Hi everyone, I'm a new member and recently just bought a 99 BBM Z28 Camaro t-top car first LS1 motor I have owned also. I am told this is a really rare car and any info about them would be great. It is bone stock besides tune from what I'm told. I drag race religiously in a points series at our local track in my 86 s10 that is a track only truck. Plans for the car are minor mods in hopes to run 7:50 1/8th mile current time was 8.44 @ 85.1 on street tires it seems like a very strong running car and is damn near ment condition... any advice and/or info will be greatly appreciated... thanks everyone

A4 147000 miles great runing car though and wheels and tires are going on next week (bigs and smalls with m/t et streets 26x11.5 15) I was planning on headers exhaust and stall for sure but want to do all at once so I don't have to have it tuned multiple times and would post pictures but not sure how from my phone yet lol

Sounds like your headed in the right direction.
I, like you, have an all business bracket car (see avatar)...so didn't go to crazy with my low mileage Z just wanted to make it respectable. Best in Z (with mods in sig) 7.94 w/1.77 60'. I have buddies that have bolt-on cars (with some weight reduction) that run in the low to mid 7's.

Same here just want a respectable car that I still cruise and the occasional index class at our local track so I don't have to worry about hot lapping my points car
