Default powerglide help to my ls1?

the car was a 6 speed car now in the process of getting the glide together do I need an adapter plate? and im trying to figure out if i get the bmr crossmember can i run my stock torque arm? ive tried to do some research but people are all over the place about answers

I don't know your answer, but let me bump it to the top.

As I understand it, the steps and parts are pretty much the same for a TH350 or a Glide. E.g. with a glide SBC/BBC converter you will need a spacer and may need to drill the flexplate. This sticky has a lot of info:
