Default Nitrous breaking up PROBLEMS NEED HELP

Okay guys I've been fighting this problem for a while now at the moment I have a .44n and a .28f jet in it and when It sprays it just breaks up. So I've went from a .25, .28, .31, etc read the plugs when its rich it does the same thing when its lean it does the same thing. I am pulling 2 degrees through my lingenfilter 2step, and I have a FJO progressive. It also did this when I had my MSD window switch. I have had this same exact noids on my stock ls1 with the same 2 step and it worked fine with my nozzle setup. Then I got a HSW 90MM plate when I did my 6.0 swap and I haven't gotten my nitrous to work. I have tried the nozzle and same effect. Do you guys think maybe the silnoids or something ?? I cannot figure anything out at all.

.026 is a pretty tight gap on those plugs. Open them up to .034.

The easiest way to see if it is a nitrous supply issue is to do a flow consumption test.
