Default got a bang going on in rear area for car

not sure if this is right place to ask. iv been out of all this for a while got car back on road 2 years ago and don't drive it much. car is 98 camaro. has moser 9in rear. strang rear shocks. bmr trk pack tq arm set up. spoon adj lca with poly bushings. bmr panhard bar. car has been lik this for long time. last couple weeks i been driving it alil more. and have notice with i go from 2nd gear to 3rd and 4th while getting on it hard i get a bang witch sound like it coming from rear area of car.

looking for ideas on what to look at to figure the bang out. from back when i was driving it every day i don't remember it banging before. so please all ideas would be a big help thanks

if you got an auto its probably the transmisson hitting the bottom of the trans tunnel because your tranny mount might have broke, since you said it only makes the bang when you get on it and it shifts. if you have a stick shift, check the trans mount too. ive had that problem before...fixed though with a urethane tranny mount.

car is a 6speed. and the tq arm is not on tranny. ill take alook at tranny mount

Does it pull to one side when it bangs? Could be a broke suspension mount bracket, or shocks bottoming out.
