Default Evap or PCV piece?

I was doing some work under the hood today and I accidentally broke a small plastic hose. I'm not sure what it goes to, I'm thinking something to do with the evap system. It connects at a rubber elbow and plugs into a plastic piece and the rest of the hose runs off down the side of the fenders. I circled where it plugs into in the picture. Anyone have an idea as to what this is? It's a '99 Z28 with the LS1. Thanks.

Thanks for the replies. I'll have to see what I can do to fix that.
