Default 2002 Z28 build

Hi, I am new to the site, and to the LS1 world. last week I picked up a 02 Z28. before that I was into the diesel world I had a cummins I built pushing 675hp. I recently got rid of that and bought the Camaro. I am looking to get somewhere around 600hp all motor with the option of putting twin turbos on it down the road. the car how I bought it....2002 Z28, 6 speed, short throw, fast fuel rails, lowered, pace setter headers, 3" exhaust no cats with magnaflow muffler. car has 120,000 miles. im not to comfortable with that many miles. what my plan is to just get the bolt on to put on this motor and find another motor build that motor and transfer bolt on. so my ? is how can I get 600hp that will be reliable? what will have to be done to the rest of the car to support that power? also what is the biggest tire that will fit in the rear? Thanks in advance for any help and knowledge I can get. this car will not be a dd as I have a company vehicle but will still be driven on the street, and will go to the track. id like to take it to the track and dyno to see what its putting down to get a base line before I do anymore work.

Search, but I'd look into: head work, cam, intake, tune, depending on offset I'm sure you can tuck 315s back there

what can be done to these heads? is it worth dumping money into the stock heads or going with something else? I want to get an idea down so I stick to that so im not putting money into something like heads and down the road doing the same to a different set. I did that with diesels. also what is the best cam, intake and tune? I see a lot of people have the v3 cam is that a good option for what im looking for?
