Fuel Pressure gauge accuracy?
I have dual regulators with small (~1.5") liquid filled FP gauges on each. I have one set at ~6.5psi feeding the carb, the other at ~8psi feeding the N2O. Once the car warms up the pressure on both gauges drops to ~3-4psi???
I've tried turning the pressure back up to my desired range, but then on the next cold start my pressure is sky high...like 12-15psi.
Should I throw my gauges in the trash? Or should I adjust when cold, hot, ???
Thanks for the advice guys!

The liquid filled guages are fine as long as they dont get hot. As soon as they are heat soaked, the pressure goes up or down. I had one that went up, the other went down, lol

The liquid filled gauge on my old school 68 camaro is on one of those Jegs holley kits that puts the gauge next to the carb w one 8AN going in and 2 6AN coming out to the carb bowls. I have seen it go as low as 1 psi ( normal is 7psi ) when it gets hot. I can hammer the gas and pull clean to 7000 rpms without a sputter at 1 psi, so Im pretty sure its a gauge issue,LOL.
