This is a complete set of lifter or tappet guides that are unique to the LSX block due to the 6 bolt head design. Purchased new, installed & then sat in a unused engine. This is the only lifter guide that will work in that block. Recently removed due to parting out project. #19166182 & will include bolts for free. For comparison same guides at GM Direct would cost you $106 not including the bolts.
