Default Couple battery questions

I tries searching but couldn't seem to get a clear answer. Backstory:
02 z28, battery will be relocated to spare tire well. Motor will be stock or lower CR, 25% underdrive crank, stock alt. stock radio, meth injection, oil return pump, car is a dd

Looking at Optima but not sure red or yellow top thoughts? I know some people say they are Roth the price, but I like the idea of people sealed since its in the passenger compartment. It will be in a box with cutoff switch and everything to be NHRA legal

So, what battery would you recommend

Optima batteries used to be good-very good. But they are heavy. Since they've sent their manufacture out of the US, there have been some issues. Not a bad brand but not what they were 7-10 years ago.

I'd recommend you have a look at Odyssey or Braile batteries.

I'm about to install an Odyssey ER40 in the spare tire compartment-while retaining the spare tire.

Sealed battery's are nice but if its mounted in a box it doesnt need to be. If cost is an issue Id just get a battery thats big and fits in your box.
