Carb style throttle body recomendation?

Who makes a good carb style throttle body? Lot of choices out there. Also, what size for say a 400 cubic inch motor with cam and headers turning 6500?

I use the Scorpion 4150. It's only 1 1/4in tall and works under a stock hood with an Edlebrock Super Vic................

I was told by a vendor on here that the scorpions were on national backorder, accufab would be my 2nd choice though...
