Need new front tires Running 275/40/17 and the BFG KDW's I bought back in like 2005 on the front. Was running all four KDW's but two started to go bad so put some Nitto 555R's on the rear maybe 2 years ago for street driving, and M/T's DR's for track only. So the KDW's on the front now need replaced. Through searching on here I've seen some talk about the BFG gforce comp 2. Are these basically just the lastest and greatest version of the KDW's I was running?
I'm hoping to stay at or under $400 out the door and think the Comp 2's should fit what I'm looking for but want to make sure I'm not missing anything since I haven't looked into tires for years.
