Default New Member with Cam & Crank Sensor Questions

I recently built a 370 ci LS3 with a 2003 6.0 & crank for my 92 Corvette. I am using all new 2003 Silverado and Corvette sensors, and had an ignition problem while tuning in 4th gear at 5900 rpm. The car acted like it hit the rev limiter, but when I looked at the tach, it was at zero. I let the clutch out but there was no spark. After coming to a stop, I cranked it over with the same issue. If a crank or cam sensor fails, will it cause this to happen? The fuel pump cycles and all the plugs look good. Thoughts?

I am also curious what everyone typically gaps NGK TR6 spark plugs for an LS3 with a cam.

Thanks for the help.
