Default Cam swap Need Help

I recently purchased a Comp Cams 230/232.. .591/595.. 111 lsa cam. I have a set of trick flow beehive springs.. part number TFS-16235-16. Theyre suppose to be good .600 lift. I have a stock 5.3 from a 01 tahoe im installing all this into. Can anyone shoot my some pointers to see if these springs will work with this cam?

I would try to upgrade to duals because the lift on the cam is pretty close to the rating of the springs. I wouldnt risk it. Hopefully someone with more experience on those springs will come in and help.
