Default Strange spirng noise in front end

Ever since I bought my camaro last September it has always been making this strange noise in the front end somewhere. It sounds like a springy type noise when I turn while moving normally at slower speeds and tighter turns. I don't hear it on gradual corners at higher speeds like on highways. Also it does not make the noise when stationary. On many occasions I have tried to find the route of the noise, but I can not. The only obvious thing that needs replacing is the passenger tie rod end but I don't see how that could make this noise I'm hearing. As far as I can tell everything in the front end is original other than the driver tie rod end. This is on a 1998 z28 6 speed with 70,000 miles. Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
