Default Timing tuner and MSD 2 Step?

I've already got a Timing Tuner for my nitrous setup. I'm going to use that to pull timing and as a window switch. My question is if I install a MSD 2 step to control RPMs during launches will I have any problems? Will one cause any issues for the other?

Same setup I have, works fine. I have the 2 step off my clutch switch, so I stage the car with the gas matted to just before the WOT switch engages. Then floor it the rest of the way when I let off the clutch to engage the nitrous.

^^^ How you have it wired? Do you have an extra relay that will not allow the nitrous to fire with the clutch pushed in?

Nope. I keep the throttle just below 100% while I'm on the 2 step so the WOT switch doesn't activate....then when I release the clutch, push the throttle the rest of the way. The 2 step is wired to the starter safety switch (black switch that's depressed with the clutch is on the floor).

Okay I understand how you are doing it now. Yeah my 2 step would not be set as high in the RPM's as I do when NA.
