Default Rubber adapter for Autometer boost gauge?

I'm wanting to run my Autometer boost gauge to my vacuum block; however, my gauge didn't come with the little rubber adapter piece like what is pictured below. Where can I find one? Would Autozone or Oreilly's have something like it?

Most people just use the compression fitting and ferrule that normally comes with the gauge. Bob

I wish I kept the box, I also picked one up at Pepboys. Mine did not come with that fitting as well. Damn you Autometer!

Or just use vacuum hose on the whole thing and throw out the nylon stuff.
