If nothing else, be sure to do headers. You may be disappointed otherwise.
If I were you, I'd go with maybe a 220 duration and a 114 degree LSA. Your car will idle better with a 114* LSA than it will with a 112.

Re: What Cam should i get?
I have done tons of research on this and have concluded that if you want a stealthy cam that will give you more power in higher rpms go with a 02 ls6 cam. If you want more power throughout the rpms and want to maintain a somewhat stock sounding car go with a TR220, B1, or the MMS 218. These are what I narrowed my decision down to, and i ended up with a B1. Have yet to install but many people are very pleased with it. I'm sure you will ask many questions but these cams are very popular and are glorified by many so i would chose from these 3. The B1 and TR220 would be the most popular choices. Have fun..

Re: What Cam should i get?
Im going with the TR224 112LSA in my 98 A4. I had originally ordered a TR230 111LSA, but I decided that I would sell it and go with the TR224, since the 230 was a little extreme for an auto car <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
