Rossler Transmission Issues

Rossler Transmission Issues I have a L460E Rossler transmission with tranny brake. It is making really hard shifts to second, really bangs into gear. What would cause it to shift that hard? Do I have something going wrong inside? I also get alot of whinning out of the transmission while I am going down the road at 60 70 miles per hour. I let off of the accelerator and the noise quiets down. Any suggestions?
