Default Master Power Turbo Mystery?

Hey all,
Ok so the story goes like this. I walk into the local parts junk yard to pick up a steering rack for my ls swap. Nothing special just one out of a 98-02 Camaro to go in my 95'. As I'm waiting for the guy to go get it from the back, I look to my right and see this beautiful little turbo sitting there on the ground. I walk over and look it over. No shaft play as far as I could tell with my fingers, and its overall in good condition. It says Master Power on the compressor housing with an a/r of .70. The tag on it has Master Power, didn't catch the part number or serial but the model said t61, then "Made in Brazil". I then move on to the Turbine housing and notice its a T4 flange and an a/r of .96. The guy came out gives me the rack and I pay. Then I asked how much he wanted for the turbo and he says $250. So I think sweet, say thanks and come home and research a little.

Now I already now that alot of people use the Master Power turbos with good success and few failures aslong as they arent a knockoff, and I am gathering parts for a turbo setup so I am interested to know is this turbo would work. But after researching I found that the t61's are supposed to have a turbine housing a/r of .70 not .96. So did someone just swap the turbine housing or whats going on here? If anyone knows what this turbo really is and can help me solve the mystery it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Roger.

Unless you are building a 4cyl I think you'll need 2 of them.

Agreed, save that money towards a larger turbo. You would be fully spooled up at idle lol.

Too small, unless you get a second one.

Im running two of those turbos, size wise not brand wise, and I plan on going larger here very soon.
