Default best upgrade for 98 firebird rear end

I have a 98 a firebird v6 rear end in my 92 camaro. I want to run a 3.73 gear but I don't what to do for a posi or limited slip. What's the best for the money. I'm kind of cheap....

Ditch the Auburn cone type posi (if it has one) and get a factory style Torsen found in the later year cars. It really helps the drivability and control of these cars.

the rear end I have is open. its not doing me any justice with my ls1 swap haha. how do I know which diff to get? or are they all the same for a 10 bolt?
