Just got my 08 ly6 installed in my 68 c10 seemed to run great , did not get on the road yet as i had brake issues and need to cover the seat first . Today i went to put it on the lift and it started ran for aound 10 seconds , when i put it in gear it just died , would not start , tryed starting fluid to no avail , put a plug and wire on a coil and no spark , i dont know what could cause this as it was running fine , drive by cable funtions , as does fuel pump ,

please help , ive got grounds every where

Perhaps the engine shifted and something came unhooked/wires broke? No spark tells me to check the cam/crank sensors and power to the coils/PCM.

Do you have injector pulse?

thanks ill go check that , pretty sure it has pulse injectors were working fine , i clunked going into gear so maybe the conector at the front came loose , will update , it sucks cause it was running great but my brakes sucked , now i have brakes and it wont run , heres a pic

i r tech you da man , that was it i took off the cam sensor , it was slightly loose , sprayed with contact cleaner , reinstalled , hooked the 2 ground wires up that were hanging next to it and tapped the key , instant fireup , a big thank you

Yep same thing happened to me when the crank sensor slid out
