Default High RPM Stumble (With Video)

Hey guys I have another brain buster here for you all. My car has been breaking up really bad news under hard acceleration near 5k RPM.

The car: 94 LT1, CC503, 918 Beehive springs, LS7 lifters, Comp Pro Mag Rockers, LT's, ORY, Magnaflow Catback,Racetronix Fuel Pump with hotwire kit, K&N intake,Mad Wires, and a tune by MadZ28

The entire ignition system is newer; the coil, the Opti, the ICM etc... the ICM and coil are not OEM however the Opti is a Delco/Delphi unit.

The car runs really well otherwise its just when I go WOT to redline. With it stumbling it even has a hard time shifting to second. Here's a video of it happening: http://youtu.be/iiToVS-6ETI
I'm not sure what my next move would be. I was thinking of pulling the plugs, regapping them and trying that? We were also contemplating renting a dyno for an hour to get A/F readings. Any ideas? Thanks guys.
