Default gauging interest in my first fbody

I sold my 94 camaro z28 for $400 several years ago. The guy that bought it repainted it with a cowl hood. Black with red stripes. Paint/body is pretty decent. Few little nicks and what not. He's wanting to sell it back to me as a roller. He put a Moser 12-bolt in it but it needs new gears from being setup wrong. Is pretty optioned out rear. He gave $2500 for it used. Around $3000 new. It also has BMR extreme torque arm and sway bar. It'd come with stock wheels/tires and suspension.I think a walbro 255 too. Somewhat gutted interior but is there. Only bad thing is I don't really like the hood or the stripes on the halo part on top and would like an ss spoiler. He said $2500. Do you think it's worth it? It'd be an Ls swap street strip car. Clean title. Just trying to figure out if I want to spend the money on it or upgrade my dd or what. Lmk if you think its worth it.

I'm no expert but I see 93 to 97 good running z28s for 3000 to 4500 all the time. I can't see paying that for a roller but that's just me.

It has good paint and a 12bolt though. So I'd have to buy a $3000 roller, spend $2000+ on a rear end and then pull the **** lt1 out to swap an lsx in it.
