Angry Cooling Fans and Front Light Problem (Head,Fog,Marker)

Well, I just got done putting my car back together and on the first start I got it hotter than I should have accidentally. I found out that my cooling fans didn't come on. Also, I tried turning my headlights and fog lights on and nothing.. Oddly enough, when I pop my headlights up, the passenger turn signal stays on and does not blink, but when they are back down it acts as it should. Also my side marker lights are not coming on. Tried changing relays with starter and ignition and no change with cranking or fans coming on. Any ideas?

I have checked them every chance I get to see if I might have missed or misplaced (on plastic) one. Haven't found anything suspect yet...
