I have an ls6 intake manifold comes with new blue felpro intake gaskets. The rear port was modified for a conversio on my M3. The two vacuum ports were chopped, plugged and sealed with grey RTV. The port can be changed with a stock ls1 port though (exact same). It can be removed with a long flat head screw driver through the opening at the front of the manifold. (I've done two). Or you can tap in new ports. The bottom of the manifold has also been clearanced for ls1 steam tubes. Comes with fuel rail and injectors. Does not include blue fuel fitting or black cap.
