twin pump issues..
I installed a 2nd pump in my tank.. 01 formula.. I followed the "DIY on the cheap" write up, but I think I might be having issues with the pumps uncovering at about 1/2 tank... the car idles good for a large cam, but once its lower than 1/2 tank it will die out, and hates running.. basic "out of fuel" feeling.. So I am pulling the pumps and going to re-check and and tighten stuff down..
my primary questions are..
the small 1/4 nipples on the pumps are for what?
I used teflon fuel safe tape on my fittings(yellow)
I used 5/16 fuel injection hose, and issues there?
I had to mod the bucket to make this work, do I need to just replace the bucket and start over? By mod, I cut it up to make the 2nd pump fit.
thanks in advance, Ill post pictures tomorrow..
