Default E85 + nitrous

So my project is still ongoing but essentially is a fully forged 355 lt1 with some le2 heads. I'm thinking about putting spray on it and a local ls1 guy near me is doing the same to his LS1 and is running e85 and MS109 in a stand alone. I'm wondering if its worth it to convert to e85 with the possibility of nitrous and what would be needed. From research it looks like fuel lines and filter and pump. Anything else? And what would be the benefits if I don't do nitrous to running e85
