No go on Hays clutches!
Well I had a hays clutch in my car for about 900miles and it's almost down to the revits . Last Friday at the track my clutch slipped really hard in third and fourth. Backdrop on car stock head car, cam single plane moser9 456 gear 28 10.5 slicks and some spary. But the pass it slipped on was a na pass. Customer service was poor telling me out of warranty and I just need to buy a new clutch which I've got a centerforce dfx coming.
I've recommend this clutch to a lot of ppl and now wished I hadn't . Just word of advise stay away from hays clutches if u have slicks and makin over 400 hp...... They might be ok for older cars but there ls clutches at JUNK!

if this was a HAYS organic disc "replacement" clutch...it is not the clutch to run clutch dumps on with a tire let alone spray. Nothing wrong with the clutch, just not made for that kind of use.
something with a more aggressive disc but those wear both clutch & FW faster....always a trade off.
