98 Trans Am - 11,000 miles
Any thoughts on the value of a non-modified black 98 Trans Am in near mint condition? Original Tires, garage kept.

I assume auto? 10-13 range depending on who is looking, might get a touch more if willing to wait a little bit, sometimes the low miles stuff has to sit for the right buyer,

Are you buying or selling?
In either case, is that ultra low mileage verifiable through paperwork or with a Carfax? Title clean? How many owners? Have all the fluids been changed or would that still need to be done due to age? (15 years). The original tires will need to be replaced by the new owner (again, due to age). Quite a few factors need to be known for accurate pricing without guessing or 'throwing numbers out there'. I want to assist without being vague so I need more details. I'm sure you want accuracy.

No, you won't get it for $10k unless you are extremely fortunate. Sounds like a wonderful car to buy. There are premiums associated with ultra low mileage cars of this type. They are definitely worth paying. If you could get the car for $12,000 don't pass it up. You'll have years of wonderful driving ahead of you. The fact that the car was maintained well is a real plus.
By the way, that GM dealer is looking for a lawsuit if he is recommending driving on 15+ year old tires. Not everything is 'dry rot' when it comes to tires. The belts can deteriorate at highway speeds very quick. Foolish advice!! Keep in mind that you will be laying out $600 minimum for a nice set of quality tires on top of the purchase price. Use this fact as a negotiating tool with the seller. Best of luck. I hope you can get it.
