Made a little discovery, need some 411.. Well seeing as I know nothing of rear ends really, I'm gonna have to defer to the experts here. I've been noticing a loose rattle like noise from the rear of the car lately, and when I finally got around to poking my head back there, what I discovered was this piece is completely loose:
The center 'dish cap' which says "Strange" on it is loose and moves about. I can't actually remove it from the axle end, but you can freely twirl it around while the left side is nice and tight. Now from what I see, it doesn't thread or snap into place, so I guess the question is does anyone know how these things are secured and how bad a situation is this?
EDIT: Probably should mention (duh) this is a Strange/Dana S60.
