just finished my headers and ory install. went with 1 3/4, they slid right in no problems. had to take off 2 heat shields that went back on. Had the car on ramps that were on a stack of 3 2x12s, and jack stands in the back. the header is angled so that the first piece of y pipe is tight against the drivers floor. so tight I had to pull down on header to get the pipe on. I also installed the poly motor mounts while in there. thinking I might heat the header up at the very end and angle it down. not sure, I will put my go pro down there and see exactly what is hitting where. Iam glad I didn't put my stereo system in yet, wont be needing it in this car!! Have a magnaflow muffler, sounds pretty tame till you jump on it then all hell breaks loose! lovin it.
