A couple of ways really.

1) Soak it in Purple Power for a week, let that stuff do its magic.
2) Call one of the vendors and have it ported.

Gross!! I agree with Chad. Send it off and have it ported. They'll either port and clean yours or send you one that is already done. Unless of course they feel there is no hope for yours!
