Need directions for taking off door panel

Need directions for taking off door panel I understand, in order to remove and replace the door speakers including the tweeters, its necessary to take off the door panels. Can anyone give me any tips and advice on doing so?

Yes, you need to take it off. There are 3 #3 phillips head screws. 2 around the pull handle, and one in the map pocket. Pull the switch assembly up and out, pry off the lock slider and remove the plastic handle surround. There is one more screw behind the surround. Then lift up and the plastic hooks will disengage and the panel is off.
