Default Low base fuel pressure...how low can I go?

I'm using a CTS-V dual pump module and an external boost referenced voltage regulator with a Kenne Bell BAP. Per the company I purchased everything from, the pump does best at about 60psi and is flowing like complete crap by the time it hits 70psi. Long story short, I cannot go over 60psi as I'm on the edge of what the pump can flow. I am considering running a 5.3 at 24+ psi, which means my base pressure would be 36, and around 28 at idle. I have FIC 127s and am running E85. Will it idle ok at that low of a pressure? It's doing fine now at a 3 bar base, just wasn't sure how low I could go. Also, would it be ok on pump gas at the new lower pressure?
