Default 245/50-18 tires

I need new tires and I'm trying to fill some of the wheel gap. Any one run this size tire, any problems. I do know it will throw the speedo off and our cars have a super low first gear so the taller tire might help. Thanks for the help

I'll be getting an ever so slightly taller for the same reasons you listed. Those will work just fine as will 255/45's.

The car could use more rubber, the prices are decent, and they fit all four corners, can rotate for tire life. It's only a .4" total diameter change so it's nothing drastic but should look a bit better and it provides the same effect as changing the final drive from 3.73 to 3.68. Very subtle differences, win win for me.
