Getting ready to mount the computer in my 70 firebird. Wondering where to mount it inside the car. Car has factory ac in it. Would like to mount it under the dash someplace.

If you have an aftermarket harness that is extended you could mount it under your center console or p where the console meets the dash. There's a lot of room there. I think that would be your best bet and you could put your OBDII plug where the CB hole is or somewhere around that area. Good luck!

I mounted mine on the driver side firewall myself and used a bracket from an 02 S10 pickup. These brackets mount flat.

Thanks for the replies. I'd like to keep it inside the car I like the way you mounted it on the heater box. I'll have to see if I have enough room to mount it there.
